Each project is quoted on a job to job basis. We’ll provide cost options when applicable and work within budget outlines when possible. Remember that cheap does not always mean better. Our pricing is fair and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Certain projects require minimum setup fees and quantities to cover basic costs. However, with our digital printing capabilities, we can do runs as small as 1 with specific projects. Volume always dictates costs. The more you order, the lower the cost per piece will be. Nobody likes to be wasteful, so don’t feel pressured to over order. We’ll get what you need, when you need it.
The preferred file format is a PRESS QUALITY PDF with 1/8" bleeds and trim marks.
We also accept JPG/JPEG, PDF, EPS, TIFF, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop files.
Make sure to convert fonts to outlines, or package Adobe based program files with links and fonts.
Recommended file resolution is at least 300 DPI. Web images and low resolution files will reproduce at a very low quality and can affect the overall finished product. We’ll always advise you of possible quality issues prior to final production.

Common mistakes in designing for print production are forgetting to factor in the bleed or outputting production files without the proper bleed.
Bleed is a printing term that is used to describe a document which has images or elements that touch the edge of the page, extending beyond the trim edge and leaving no white margin. When a document has bleed, it must be printed on a larger sheet of paper and then trimmed down.
Make sure to design and/or output your production file with at least 1/8" (.125") on all sides prior to submission.
